Pretty much what the topic says.. I rolled a random ratling chaos knight. He started with 17 strength, while his maximum strength was 20. His 'natural' strength was 21 though and the 4 was substracted because of some corruption (very light one... got +2 strength from I don't know what.. Chaos Knights seems to gain special stat bonuses intrinsically or so).

Seems weird to me to have a higher natural strength than your natural potential. I can imagine corruption boosting your power over your potential.. but starting with it naturally is weird!
