Level 32 Farmer power descriptions incorrect, inconsistent

Levelup message: "You constantly train your physical attributes."
Class power screen: "Your physical attributes are constantly trained."
Manual: "At level 32 they receive better chances to increase their physical attributes and physical attribute potentials."
The levelup and class power descriptions seem to suggest that physical attributes are trained every turn. This is not the case. The manual description mentions increases to physical attribute potentials, which can no longer be increased with attribute training (i.e. the "chances" are 0 for everyone, including Farmers).
An accurate description of the power would be something along the lines of: "At level 32 they
get nothing receive better chances to increase their physical attributes after levelups."
