I'm actually surprised this hasn't been reported yet - I'm starting to wonder if I'm the only one experiencing this bug. But basically, as of r60, this bug still persists: when playing in the Casino and collecting your winnings, Hugo is supposed to block the down stairs, staying there until you've spent more than you've earned. This actually worked correctly in 1.1.1, but not now: instead, Hugo steps (I believe) one square to the left, and when chatted to, gives you the chat message along the lines of "just making sure you spend more money on our gifts", indicating that he wishes to block you from passing. However, he does not actually stand on the stairs - he stands on another square and can be passed easily. Obviously something went wrong with a change to Hugo's AI somewhere.
