[RFE] Shields should get prefix/suffix
Shields are currently the only type of item that does not get additional suffix/prefixes. It would make sense for shields to get the same possible additions other pieces of armor get. This means once you get a tower eternium you are set, and no longer can get upgrades, which shuts down part of the game.

if they got additional onces specifically for shields that would also work :)

Shields need to be made worse, not better. I also don't think any of the armor affixes are appropriate for shields.

The game isn't meant to be balanced... it would add flavor to shields. Or downgrade shields base and make a tower eternium of protection the new 13/7 shield.

And almost all the armor affixes work for shields.

not true,at least two ways can upgrade shields(smithing,scrolls,maybie with PoGA never try:P),but i like idea!More pre/suf/materials more fun to me.
Shields is too good in ADOM,too good..
