Being resurrected via amulet of life saving doesn't update your level if you gained experience after your death.

To reproduce: Wear an amulet of life saving, zap a wand of far slaying with 500+ mana in an enclosed space to kill a greater moloch while at character level 1.
After the moloch dies, you will be resurrected, and left requiring -180,000 experience to get to your next level.
You level up as soon as you take a step.
