Potion of Gain Potentials

I feel like potentials are too hard to raise in the post 1.1.1 world. It means alot of techniques for training stats are now basically invalidated (ie: burden/strained to train str is barely ever useful now that it is locked to potential)

Suggest there is a new potion call potion of gain potentials, which would be relatively common and enable a bit more potentials based training.

It actually was made harder to prevent endless attribute scumming. And I still believe that this is a good decision as it is much less likely now to unbalance the game due to absurdly high attributes.
