Monsters can continue attacking after teleporting the PC
If a monster teleports the PC in the middle of their round of attacks, they will still get to use their remaining attacks on the PC, despite no longer being in melee range.
Example:
Code:
You slow down somewhat. Andor Drakon, the invisible ElDeR cHaOs GoD, invokes
an incantation! Move the cursor to the desired position and press
[SPACE]. Use [<] and [>] to move to the up/down stairs. Press [Z] to abort.
You feel something passing very closely by your head! Something punches
through your armor and critically hits you for 212 damage. You feel exhausted!
You feel corrupted! Something punches through your armor and hits you for 55
damage. You feel weak!
You feel exhausted!

damage. You feel weak!
You feel corrupted! Something punches through your armor and hits you for 58
damage. You feel weak!

You feel corrupted!
That's kind of weird as monsters do not cast spells while attacking but instead of attacking. So it either is "cast one spell" or "use your full attack sequence". Not sure what is going on there...

That's true for some spells, but definitely not all of them. Andor is in fact rather notorious for his ability to cast multiple stat drains in a turn by substituting them for melee attacks.
To the best of my knowledge: Spells that take a full turn: energy blast, energy bolt, glowing balls, shock bolt, cone of cold, confusion
Spells that can be substituted for a melee attack: curse, drain stats, teleport other, darkness, healing, invisibility
