Can close and choose not to open doors when stunned

I was recently in the below situation where I'd been stunned by a trapped door (to the right) and staggered to the position shown (avoiding the chaotic altar somehow) -- I was then able to close both doors and answer "no" when asked whether I wanted to open them, if I staggered that way.

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying should happen instead of that. A 'you are too confused to open the door!' message? What about going up/down stairs? Should the pc be too confused to do that too? What about saccing? Picking up/dropping items (if you don't have the coordination to get your hand around a doorknob and pull, how can you get it around something on the ground to do the same)? I mean, there's a whole list of actions that you could argue confusion should affect.

Not downvoting, I just think this is kind of overkill.

ooooops -- I meant to say stunned, not confused! my bad.

The current conditions of stunning imply you shouldn't be able to do things that require coordination -- like close doors. I'd say what should happen instead is (a) you can't close doors (b) if you stagger in the direction of a closed door, you bump into it (as would result from choosing 'n' at the open door prompt).
