basically http://i.imgur.com/vQe3sE2.png. as you can see, part of the skill improvement message is repeated in the end. this is in regular adom, not sure if this affects the noteye or how ro reproduce.

https://www.yunak.eu/gene/adom-bug-1.tgz contains a screenshot, a bak save prior to the event, and a save done immidiately after this occured. let me know if i can do something else to help you debug this!
