More options for vile spirits

While it is fantastic feature, it is ruined by the fact that they can spawn in early game making frustrating beginning even more frustrating.
For now we have option to turn off or turn on vile spirits, it would be nice if we have another options to make them only rise from 15+ lvl heroes.

I think it would be good to have them not appear until the current PC reaches a certain level and/or depth. Similar to current but a more strident and enforced restriction.

I do like vile spirits in general, and they can can be a great boon to a low-level PC with the free eq drops. However, the stat draining is really overpowered for a mob you can potentially meet on PC:1 or PC:2. I suggest at the very least removing stat draining from low-level vile spirits.

I second Creeth's view. As of now Vile Spirits are quite unbalanced if met on low level. Especially due to stat draining. I wouldn't want to disable them because of this but having their capabilities scale with character level would be nice.
