How to reproduce: not sure, it *seems* to happen when there's a longer text in one turn and weapon skill level up information is the last part. It happened with swords too at a different skill level. If the text is not the last, it *seems* to work properly, but I might have missed something. Bottom line - it doesn't always happen.

OS: Windows 8.1 64 bit
View mode: NotEye, full screen (system resolution: 1440x900)

I have also noticed that when there's a text that's barely 3 lines (several characters more than 2 full lines), there's no (more) prompt and only the last line is displayed at the top. You need to access message memory to see it in full. No idea if it always happens when these conditions are met.
