Error when sporecaster spawn is blocked by door

*** A serious internal error has occurred.
Putting a monster (fungoid sporecaster, 459) at a blocked place (11, 13) [9] {33, 5}.
*** I'm trying to fix the problem by deleting the monster.
One of the four squares where sporecasters would normally spawn around the pool was occupied by a closed door.
