Auto-select only kick option
Don't display kick target choice if there's only one choice
Instead of requesting the choice of "kick door" each time you try to kick in the direction of a door, it should just kick the damned thing. The list of things to kick should only pop up if there's more than one choice available. Same for other kick targets.
