NotEye may be using the wrong tileset when ascending between maps
When ascending between maps, NotEye may be using the wrong tileset for a short period of time (e.g. when ascending from the Dwarven graveyard dungeon to the surface level). This was already fixed in Prerelease 15 but introduced
bug 2287 which then was fixed in Prerelease 16.
We now use a different method to keep track of the tileset to use. This also allows us to distinct if the encounter area was entered with or without a real threat. The sound routine now plays more peaceful music if the area is entered without an encounter.
