The artifact "rapier of the needle" has been generated with the suffix "of penetration" as a duelist crowning gift.

As much as this is awesome, it is apparently a bug. Since the rapier is an artifact that was introduced quite recently with the new classes, maybe that's where to look for the problem.

I posted a screenshot in this thread and if necessary can provide the savegame too.
