Bypass PV doesn't work
Bypass PV doesn't work

I got "do not manage to harm" message several times when punching a "living wall" monster via sword of sharpness. The damage (shown in @ menu) has big "+" part, so the actual damage might not be 0 unless PV actually was not bypassed. So, it seems to be either a bug (PV not actually bypassed) or intentional behavior (sword of sharpness not guaranteed to bypass PV every time).
I hope it's really a bug.

To my knowledge swords of sharpness are not intended to bypass DV.

Swords of sharpness do not penetrate armour normally.

The item you want is a phase dagger.

Ok, sorry, I thought that sword of sharpness also bypasses the PV, like phase dagger.

If it did... it would've been the best weapon possible.

I think only unerring missiles do that. :)

Unerring sword of sharpness of penetration.
BTW, how about implenting this prefix for melee weapons?

I was thinking of "crumbles to dust" initially, but it sounded a bit excessive :)

unerring artifact sword which can't be destroyed would be cool tho

rune-covered broadsword 'Hrunting'

This weapon always hits
