I have definitions such as these in my kbd file:
Code:
ST6:\7 \Mc
ST4:\5 \Md
ST5:\6 \MD
In plain old Adom, this works just fine. In Noteye however, pressing alt+c will change the tactics to "coward" (expected), but also activate the "close door" command (closes the door or gives message text "What door?" if there are no doors around).
For alt+d, it's even worse: alt+d changes the tactic to 'defensive' and opens the "drop" dialog, while alt+shift+d also selects "defensive" — as opposed to "very defensive" — and opens the "dip" dialog, suggesting that "shift" is consumed with d.
Weirdly, alt+q, the (new) default keybinding for character information, works as expected and does not trigger the `q` (quests) command. This seems to be the case with other default key bindings, such as alt+t and alt+l as far as I can tell.
Overall, this makes custom keybinding with Alt/Meta rather tricky to use.
