Maybe the ogre cave should simply always be accessible even if the quest and the rewards are only available to non-C:s.

Absolutely not
Yes, that has to be a bug. Somebody should report it, *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge*
Hmm, what's up with the age in the history section? That looks a bit odd.
With two of the best artifacts in the game you can pretty much wield a Si and still do ok.
Eh? You can kill most, if not all, monsters on D:50 with elemental bolts or minor punishment. The balors are easy if you have demon slaying ammo, but that doesn't mean they are impossible without.
Did you ever revert to a save? If you did, it wasn't more or less a doddle.
I don't know, even with characters with twice your stats I never feel comfortable meleeing balors. Also, they can...
A big downside with save scumming is that you will survive situations you normally shouldn't. You will basically get away with being unprepared and crappy overall, so it's no wonder that the final...
It's not completely useless, but good? And keep in mind that your other stats will, indirectly, also affect how much corruption you will have to endure.
Hmm, does that make any difference here?
Are you still here? Didn't you decide to stop playing this silly game?
All right, I'm terribly mistaken. You have paid something like two hours salary. Clearly this entitles you to having the game tweaked for you, personally.
Fact remains. You've broken the game for...
No, disagreeing with you that the endgame challenge needs to be fixed in the ways you propose for the reasons you have, personally. There are many suggestions on how to make the endgame more...
And by supporting you of course mean enjoying completely for free. You also seem to remain oblivious to the fact that many other long time "supporters" generally disagree with you.
Usually 20-30 hours for me, but some players seem to regularly get it done in <10. Some of the optional stuff (mino maze, the rift, IQD) add many, many hours and usually result in the lower and final...
Well, at least you weren't wasting any time getting to D:50
I've been playing on and off for many years but I never considered doing anything but a normal gate closing ending before, mostly because the game is long enough as it is already and I'm usually...
Yeah, so maybe rather than nerfing a bunch of things randomly just to increase the overall difficulty to cater to the very experienced, very (and this is 100% self inflicted) spoiled players it would...
Sure, they're very hard to survive the early game with but as with all other challenging combinations you've usually mitigated most if not all weaknesses at the later stage of the game. Once you've...
Well, then it seems that perhaps you've simply grown out of this game. It's an adventure game, not chess. Once you know all the secrets and all the mechanics you can't really expect it to magically...
Or don't. Just like you don't need to play XCOM on the easiest difficulty level.
OP is usually short for over powered. What is an omnipotent strategy in Adom?
Well, at least he's not trying to hide that he basically wants the game to be tuned to fit his exact play style, knowledge and experience. Personally, if I was as bored with Adom as Kordianus seems...
I've used it a few times when a Wyrm or Titan has landed a critical hit where my PC was only saved by fate smiling. Without teleportation I would simply have prayed instead, so no difference really.
Agree, or maybe not allowing consecutive controlled teleportation on the same level without some time passing or something like that.
But as many others have said, this and similar nerfs won't at...
