Most of the people I've won with can't teleport, and it isn't a big deal. Teleportation is a luxury, not required at all. If you have a guy who can teleport a lot, great! Enjoy it....

I've only ever played with a normal keyboard. My laptop hasn't ever had a numpad, but I wish it did. Sometimes my fingers get cramped using the number row.
