Do we know if this is intended behavior? It's kind of obnoxious to take the extra step of dropping N-1 of the stack on the ground every time you want to dip one item from it.

I found 3 or 4 in one game in pre12; neglected to save the descriptions. They can't be 'k'icked or 'h'andled and had no effect as far as I could tell.
