I've gotten Vanquisher (my only non-quaranteed as a ratling), which supports the hypothesis.

I haven't noticed anything wrong with ratiling food consumption either. There's always possibility that low consumption is caused by some obscure instrisic/corruption/starsign/whatever combination.

I don't think there's that many added. There's feature 1301, which covers all artifacts to be added during the resurection. The issue seems to show up on the changelog, but its always under the next...
