Right. However let's not offend anyone here, there is a lot of exceptions.
However do not read further if easily offended.
But yes, right. How do some of them survive from one day to another? Homer Simpson is your prime example (too many people who lived there have told me that they know too many people as.. unevolved, as he is). However I may have biased experiences, for instance meeting appalingly many people who think that Japan sits next to Europe, or something similar, like Africa being an island, to name a facepalming pair. Or someone who told me "I dont need to know English, I dont ever plan going to England." Homer Simpson also said this actual line in one of the episodes. Actually I'll stop myself here. It's for the best of most or all of us anyway. If I offended anyone: You were warned not to read it.

This reminds me of a TV quiz on Dutch television, not too long ago. Two girls had to point at the position of Baghdad on a map of the world. After some debate, the girls concluded that Baghdad must be a city somewhere in China. So they point at Brasil and tell the quizmaster: it's over here, in China!

psh, i'm american and it dosn't offend me,in fact i completly agree that a vast majority of the younger american population(and older for that matter) need to be tested to see if they should have been riding the short bus, but i guess if they all fail we'll just lower our standards again and blame the illeagle immagrants that the government will continue to leave alone

There's a lot of stupidity going on right now in the US, specifically
with a new Health Care reform that was passed recently. Some
people stood out at our capital, waving banners and signs, saying
"We don't want the health care bill, it's Socialist!".

When interviewed, these people plainly stated "Glenn Beck told me
it was Socialist so it must be bad."

Another good interview conversation was:

Lady: We don't want rationing!
Interviewer: What part of the reform are you talking about?
Lady: Well, the whole thing! It's all rationing, and that's Socialist!
Interviewer: Okay, but what -part- of the reform mentions rationing?
The whole thing isn't just about rationing of medication.
Lady: The...the part about rationing! That's where it is!
Interviewer: Have you read that part?
Lady: No, but I heard bits and pieces from my friends! And they heard
it from Fox News (one of the most biased newsgroups in the US)!
Interviewer: So you've only heard small portions from a biased group
that may or may not be the whole story?
Lady: ...It's all Socialism, that's what it is! I'm telling you!

Its a little difficult to read a health bill as long as that one... Now I'm not saying its socialism or anything but I have lost all trust in the American government. Everything they do nowadays is behind closed doors and they don't represent their constituents fairly. Both sides are full of liars and people making empty promises and I'm sick of it. They continue spending more and more money we don't have and its going to end up hurting future generations.

And also I beg to differ about Fox News being the most biased, have you ever watched MSNBC?
