Just curious, what DL can generate amulets of life saving? Any in particular? I'm thinking of trying an ultra (or at least just saving Kelly) in my next 'relatively successful' game.

DL 2. Although it is usually prefered to scum for RoDS as these are more commmon

DL8 is for RoDSes. DL2 is for AoLSes, as Soirana says, but as is rightly pointed out RoDSes are more common. Still, if you have potions of raw chaos and amulets of DL3 or higher it could be worth dipping them on D2.

1/200 at best? I'd rather polymorh pots on DL1 to get exchange and take 5% on my ring stack.

Why? The DF pools got me two wishes very recently.

I've cleared every pool in there (making sure I wasn't doomed or even cursed just to be safe beforehand) on two different characters and received exactly 0 wishes I'm very unlucky with things like that it seems!

Thanks for the info about AoLS and RoDS - I think I will try the ring method instead, considering the chances.

Ehehe. Created a human necromancer - going very well so far - first level of DH netted me a quickling corpse, which I cooked for SMC-zombie fun. Second level sent me running, as the same room I was in held a werewolf KING. Can they see invisible and/or in the dark?
