    More achievements I thought of:

A WING AND NO PRAYERS: Finish the challenge without using
    any prayers.
MAD SKILL: Raise 3 skills to 100 during the challenge. Any skill
that starts at 100 is not counted.
    SELF-SERVICE CHEF: Eat only cooked meals during the challenge;
corpses can only be eaten if they are cooked via the Cooking skill, not
    by Firebolt or Fireball.
WINDS OF VICTORY: Kill one of each vortex during the challenge.
SECURITY BLANKET: Win with a plain blanket in your inventory.

Uh, I think you're misundestanding the challenge. Killing the cat lord is impossible since you only need to go as far as the HMW. Getting to level 25 would be tedious as hell unless you got lucky with wishes.

[edit]Rolled a Candle born, high elf, wand merchant. Died to a gnoll tension room on UD:2.

    Code:
Unremarkable, the gray elven merchant, was killed by a large gnoll.
He scored 2165 points and advanced to level 5.
He survived for 0 years, 1 day, 2 hours, 15 minutes and 15 seconds (642
    turns).

I really ought to be trying to play the actual challenge, but this
is too much fun for whatever dumb reason my mind cooks up to
keep me glued to my seat thinking up more achevables.

PASSIVE SKILL: Obtain at least 6 intrinsics before reaching
the HMV. Cursing and Dooming do not count.
INFIRM VICTORY: Lower one physical (re: Str, Dex, To) to
1 before reaching UD:7, and then become victorious.
NO BRAINS, NO PERSONALITY, NO PROBLEM: Lower one mental
or magical (re: Wil, Le, Per, or Ma) to 1 before reaching UD:7, then
    become victorious.
ATTRIBUTES ARE OVERRATED: Win with at least 6 attributes
    below 5.
RED HANDED: Get caught trying to steal from a shop in the
    UD, then continue to victory.
PUPPET MASTER: All kills must be made by a pet on the way
    to the HMV.
A SPITTLE HELP FROM MY GUT: As a drakeling, use only the
acid spit racial power to get to the HMV.
THE GOOD DOCTOR: Heal a neutral monster you did not injure
    while in the UD.
ONE-KILL WONDER: Complete the challenge with one kill
on your kill list: a Stone Giant Lord.

    Really kick the child? [y/N]

So if I've got this right, Timpak wins for PREMATURE ASCENSION?
Dudley, I don't know exactly what your screenshot is trying to prove. Actual swear words, mister. F*** is nothing. I think the ladies will survive.

PC vs. Mac debate: Get it to another thread, yes.

Didn't expect that resonance! That's a lot of achievements. I'm not sure I really want to keep track of all of those. I also don't have a lot of time right now; mock exam coming up and actually I need to be clothed and out of the house in about seven minutes.

One rule change: Reaching HMV counts only if you do it the first time, but you can try for the achievements as often as you like. Post screenshots to prove them.

ADOM Guides - whatever you wanted to know about playing a certain class, but have been afraid to ask!

Check out my youtube channel to see my ADOM videos, including a completed playthrough of the game. I try to give instructions, so if you want to see some place you haven't been before and get some hints on how to deal with it, this might help! There's also some other games featured there that you might find interesting.

    A few more:

Helping Hand: Recruit Hawkslayer and the Golem.
Beauty Queen: Complete the frog quest.
Damsel in Distress: Get exploded by a frog.
Senior Citizen: Complete the challenge while unnaturally aged to "very old" and wielding a staff
Demented Hero: Collect a giant boar skull, scroll of danger, potion of cure corruption, farmer corpse, and wand of monster creation, and bring these to Gaab'Baay (unfortunately, you can't get the medal).
Wrath of the Master Cat: The only monsters the PC may kill are cave tigers, wild cats, and cave lions, and at least 1 of each must be killed.

[edit]Incidental note, I believe it may be possible to complete nearly all of the challenges posted so far simultaneously by creating a successful eternium man in the SMC.
Hoping to win with every class, doomed. Archer, Barbarian, Bard, Beastfighter, Druid, Elementalist, Farmer, Fighter, Monk, and ULE Priest down.
