Nope... A ghost lord from a tension room right past DT ages me 39 years in 1 hit and then the rest of the room fnishes me off. After being aged that much from 1 hit I just gave up =/

New one: I rolled the dice and came up with a Treeborn drakish barbarian. Cleared out pyramid, water temple, and Darkforge so far. Just got crowned with Vanquisher and fire immunity. 67/25 when she's wearing polearm and shield. Saved Khelavaster (an AoLS in the black market, pure luck). Cleared TOHK until realizing I had no way of getting across the pond.

So... how will the RNG kill this one?

He's currently sitting around D:45 or so (went diving for greater vaults). I've killed the cat lord and robbed Casino, but I haven't yet attempted any of the lower temples.

Pretty good skillset, expanded with Healing and Detect Traps (raider has been taken out with the help of a herd of wolves and a pit viper), 8 PV, steel amulet (hopefully AoLS), and quite good equipment. Currently sitting on UD:2 having cleared out a gnoll vault. Also, she has the heir gift SLB.
