Just a silly online game
If you've got water breathing, just use a wand of door creation to make a couple (locked) doors in WDC. Then bring a fluff ball inside and start pickpocketting while all the gremlins drown around you.
Hoping to win with every class, doomed. Archer, Barbarian, Bard, Beastfighter, Druid, Elementalist, Farmer, Fighter, Monk, and ULE Priest down.
maybe hold off on gremlin bonging for a bit, it will break the
game due to all the potions and other stuff you will get.
death scum the cavernous levels of the high king's tomb, even
though a wish isn't very likely, at least you will get some levels
and avoid boredom. put your skill advances into climbing then
visit the rift. as long as you have tp, you will survive. in my
experience, the chances of finding a wish there are decent.
"Whip me!" pleads the adom player. The rng replies... "No."
Restart, period. Where's the fun in completing the game in million trillion turns ?
you can try to get the Sceptre of Chaos
descending the 66 levels allw you to find usefull stuff (including wand of wish, PoEx, RoDS ecc..)
if you don't find a wish... then you can always go for an Old Chaos (VeryGooDandSpecial) Ending
(p.s. Smashing Kelly's head with the Sceptre give some satisfaction)
A true lier in a world of lying truth
Just a tip - multiple castings of Lordly Might stack, so whenever you have to walk across the wilderness, stop whenever your PP is full and bookcast it till your PP is depleted. You train Mana this way, and, like I said, the castings stack, extending the spell duration. This also works with Bless and Farsight.
As far as getting a wish, check the ID. I usually go back and forth between levels 24 and 25, clearing the level as I go. I know stair-hopping uses less turns, but it's so freakin' boring. Just make sure you don't bring the Si in with you. (Though with Lordly Might, it's less of a problem.)
You hear the cries of the crowd: "Freebird!! Freebird!! Freebird!!"
You play some tunes on your lute.
