    Not true. They are compatible, was completely sure of it, but still made a quick test, with native linux adom and win adom through wine. Both could open saves created in the other. And I've used linux version in these save-passing games before too, with no problems.

    And I'll join to the server group.

    Well I'll be damned - stupid me always thought they were incompatible, but a quick test shows that to be nonsense. Means Linux and ADOM Sage users are perfectly welcome.

    After reading the rules and stuff, I like to join. I've never played on server, as i use severely redefined adom.kbd. Hope that's not a problem.

    Stupid me, forgot to sign up myself.

    I'll count myself "maybe server".
    ADOM Guides - whatever you wanted to know about playing a certain class, but have been afraid to ask!

    Check out my youtube channel to see my ADOM videos, including a completed playthrough of the game. I try to give instructions, so if you want to see some place you haven't been before and get some hints on how to deal with it, this might help! There's also some other games featured there that you might find interesting.
