google woes

so I decided to give them another shot. Yes, their stupid logo switching
nonsense and april fools day childishness deterred me, but it IS the best
search engine and it HAS been a while... and I was sick of the way blackle
looked. So I load it up, determined to not be annoyed by whatever stupid
'idea' they throw at me. No idiotic logo on load is a good start, but then I
sign in to check adom-related mail. Turns out they have sent me a mail
admiting that they have lost some sort of class action lawsuit regarding
breaches user privacy/security/something.

Whoever is ruini- I mean... running this company: Go somewhere else.

I'm only using the google search bar in my browser these days and set my homepage somewhere totally different. That doesn't stop google from messing with my mental health tho, youtube requiring google accounts and all that nonsense..

probably the folks at google did find this post and read it. it seems they have
fired/murdered the idiot who was screwing everything and replaced him/it
with the world's most awesome genius. i logged in today to check gmail,
only to find this little gem advertised below the search box. (not on/in the
logo like in previous days).
