Default Is there any way to back up save files on a Mac?

I knnow this has probably def been asked before but...I can't find it anywhere, is this even possible? I have a VERY promising archer & this is THE FURTHEST I've ever been, last time I had to lose a chara due to crash

    -_-

never have I ever been so dissapointed. Just trying to prevent the same horror. I'm playing in fear...heh

I think it is, though seeing as I don't own a Mac, I can't really help. Isn't there some way to right click, or appleclick, on an icon and get an option to look at the individual files connected to ADOM?
ADOM Guides - whatever you wanted to know about playing a certain class, but have been afraid to ask!

Check out my youtube channel to see my ADOM videos, including a completed playthrough of the game. I try to give instructions, so if you want to see some place you haven't been before and get some hints on how to deal with it, this might help! There's also some other games featured there that you might find interesting.

Do you remember what you were doing before you died? Most crashes are avoidable.
Hoping to win with every class, doomed. Archer, Barbarian, Bard, Beastfighter, Druid, Elementalist, Farmer, Fighter, Monk, and ULE Priest down.

"Whip me!" pleads the adom player. The rng replies... "No."
