    Default JADE won't launch

    I'm trying to run JADE on a windows 7 computer with some interesting group policies enabled. I can run .jar files and other java applications without error. When I try to install JADE all goes well until the jnlp downloader finishes. I then get a "Unable to create a shortcut for JADE" error. Trying to run JADE from the java cache viewer opens the JRE but then it just closes and nothing happens. Any insight into a work around or at least why this is happening would be much appreciated.

    The big difference being that "Install Shortcut" just kicks back an error.
