Unhappy JADE will not run for non-Administrators

Is there a way to get JADE to install or run under the Administrator account and configure it so non-Administrators can run it when logged on WITHOUT needing the Administrator to come over and type in the Admin password (aka RunAs)?

Windows XP, JADE 0.1.2, Java 6.26

    Default

should be as easy as right click, select properties, security, highlight the user's
permissions that you want to modify, select 'edit', then select 'full control'.
"Whip me!" pleads the adom player. The rng replies... "No."
