What are the keys to press for '$kc'?

A noobish inquiry..

I'm trying to switch to custom keybindings but can not figure out what key is '$k'.

I chose the classic Adom I keybindings at the start of the game.

Or is it my Finnish keyboard that messes things up (on French Win7)?

On my keyboard literally typing '$' 'k' 'c' works.

Does not work for me.

Perhaps because I have to do 'AltGr+4' to get the dollar sign in Finnish keyboard.

I switched to English keyboard, now pressing Shift+4 gives the dollar sign but it only makes the character move one step to west.

Rather annoying to play with incomplete keymap..

I think no commands requiring Alt Gr work at the moment ( http://www.adom.de/forums/project.php?issueid=347 ), so those of us with keyboard layouts requiring that can't use them.
