First monster I encounter is a dark elven wizard. I shoot him with arrows, he shoots me with energy. Down from 20 to -9 HP after 10 turns. Wow, that was nice...

Note: the report is not entirely accurate, but I mentioned all relevant stuff. Short form: all items cursed, some dropped, deity hates us, i16, hungry, wielding a cursed potion of booze. And gut is slayn : )

Creative way to write a game report, I liked it.
Shame that gut couldn't at least get an energy
bolt in though, before dying. At least if the
spiders had poisoned you, it would have been
something... Oh well, that's what wizzards get
for sinking too many levels into summoning,
and not training earth magic and conjurations.

Requesting clarification: How much does our deity hate us? Is it 'I won't help you' hate us or 'I'm going to summon creatures to destroy you' hate us?

I prayed until he cursed our equipment, and then two more times.

Does it matter? I dont think so because we have no holy symbol anymore... or what do you have in mind?
