    Hi folks,
    I've been playing ADOM for ages but I still have no idea what certain skills do. Does anyone know the answers to the following?

    1. Does a high concentration skill benefit archers, weaponsmiths, and duelists in any way other than learning spells? I've read somewhere that it helps archers hit targets in the red zone, but I don't know if it helps the other two classes in their mundane endeavors.

    2. Does having a high metallurgy skill actually make smithing more likely to succeed? Does it have any other practical use?

    3. Does a high woodcraft skill:
    * make encounters less likely in forest tiles?
    * mean that animated trees are less likely to be hostile?
    * decrease the time required to chop down trees?
    * decrease the time required to build bridges?
    * make you more likely to succeed at building bridges?

    1. It increases hit with missiles by 1 every 50 points. So +2 hit with missiles if you got 100 concentration.

    2. Doesn't affect smithing. Nor does it have any uses other than identifying ores. If you got experience with game you can ID them by weight. Or spoiler them from guidebook/wiki.

    3. Only thing it does is decreases time required to chop down trees. A lot.
