The Seven Day Roguelike Challenge has just ended, with over 140 new roguelikes being made:

I haven't had a chance to go through them all yet, but some good ones I've seen so far are 86856527 (computer themed, tightly designed game on a small grid), Bump! (turn-based procedural platformer) and Gelatinous Cube (light game where you play as a gelatinous cube, trying to slime adventurers).

Also, I can't help but promote my own entry, Mosaic. In it you change the map by moving around it, turning void into slate and slate into tiles. Enclose an area and it will be filled with tiles, killing enemies within. The game generates procedural music based on the layout of tiles on the grid. Here's a video of it in action:
