    Default Items that do not stack despite being the same

    I'm talking about things like this:

    Code:
    Rings ('=')
       heap of 4 blessed rings of damage                                   [4s]
       uncursed ring of damage                                             [1s]
       heap of 40 uncursed rings of damage                                [40s]
       blessed ring of damage                                              [1s]
       uncursed ring of damage                                             [1s]
       blessed ring of damage                                              [1s]
       heap of 2 uncursed rings of damage                                  [2s]
    Have seen this happens with rings of damage, and amulets and bracers of speed. I've identified the cause of this bug for all of those, and plan to report it. But I'd like to know if are there any other objects with this quirk.

    I've noticed some amulets doing the same. Off the top: Perseverance, cold heart, maybe health, the appearance one. Obviously the ones with the same modifier.

    I'll update if I notice more.

    Thank you, I was able to reproduce this with amulets of perseverance and pendants of beauty. Amulets of the cold heart (with equal Ch modifiers) and health stacked neatly, however. Also found that pendants of mana are also bugged in the process.

    Confirmed with diadems of beauty, thanks once again. I've submitted a bug report, other items with this glitch can be reported there.

    Not sure whether corpses has counters, but I had a stack of 4 uncursed rat corpses and another with a single uncursed rat corpse.

    I have a suspicion this is due to the 'identified' status. In other words: whether they've been IDed with a scroll/spell. The stacking of like corpses actually suck. In that the whole stack 'decay'. Irrespective of whether one has been in the backpack for 10 turns and another for a 1000.

    I'd rather see the variation of arrows and quarrels reduced. Having stacks of 2-3 or 4 arrows or quarrels which only differ by +/-1 to-damage bonus is annoying, you need to keep reloading and dealing with the prompts.
    I would certainly welcome an option to round down the damage/to-hit modifiers, to the lowest common denominator for all (selected) arrows/quarrels of a kind in inventory so I wouldn't have to deal with that.
