    @ Ln Yeah, sorry summer holiday, drinking, friends, braais, don't recall all. Vaguely recall the elite talents.

    @kordi Talents have pre-requisites, the early game will only be slightly easier if JS's suggestion is thoughtfully implemented.

    @asdf If more useful talents are added, maybe not.

    Anyway, thanks for your thoughts. Thought I'd try to suggest something to make the currently mostly useless talent system halve functional.

    a better option would be:

    1. give a set of skill points each level based on your learning.
    2. better talents cost more skill points.
    3. add better talents.
    4. possibly discount certain talents for certain classes to make the classes more unique. for example melee fighters get discounts to melee talents, etc...
