So far rolled 15 casters with RoDS and shamelessly killed them within 200 turns. For eternium glory!
(after 15 I stopped counting...)
I'm doing things as I get to them. I was deep in the ID, so I thought I'd ask what the deepest anyone has ever gotten is. When I get a character to kill the carpenter, I'll state what the rewards are for doing so. When I get a character to trade away the Gladius, I'll give details on the rewards.
Currently, everything I've done is either from memory or what I've found on the two currently active characters I have. I have a list longer then my arm of things I need to work on... I just don't have anyone there at the moment, and as I am (compared to you all) an adom-newbie, I don't know everything automatically. I'd rather post no information then wrong information, and I'd rather post incomplete information then no information. So I'm doing what I can, when I can.
You think THAT'S going to please Soirana?
You have another think coming...
"Whip me!" pleads the adom player. The rng replies... "No."
Since when am I here to please people?
Back when the GB first started, it was much like this, I'd imagine.
The thing is, Andy was able to get it to a working state before releasing it. I can't work in secret then publish it all at once, I have to do it a piece at a time. That's how a wiki works.
Give me a month or two to get it started. If you aren't willing to do that much, then I guess I'll have to ignore you entirely
I don't think anyone has the right to whine that someone else hasn't updated a wiki...

In that case, I am able to say:
Soirana, that's how the great Andy Williams did it. If a piece at a time is good enough for him, it's good enough for me. So please, feel free to point out what needs work, but don't criticize me because the work isn't done yet.
Fin.
Technical question for you Ascaron: I've edited a few articles on your wiki and added in some typical stats for a few of the NPCs the player might need to kill. Do you think these are fine how I've listed them, or would you prefer them added into the table on the side?
For generic monsters, most stats are probably too variable to establish since things like danger level and number killed will have an effect. I think that speed is fixed (to within +/- a few percent) for all monsters at the least, though.
Hoping to win with every class, doomed. Archer, Barbarian, Bard, Beastfighter, Druid, Elementalist, Farmer, Fighter, Monk, and ULE Priest down.
i am probably utter stupid but somehow i can't get my hands on your text...
Looks like:
With my limited experience i can only guess you putted Edit link to template instead of text or something like that.Code:==Main Features== {{{Features}}}
Edit: Well, i sorted things but Edit links are not working properly anyway.
Edit2: do all us favour start calling altars altars not alters.
