This is the beast that greater balors kneel to. It is vaguely anthropoid but that's as far as similarities go.
Not only is it titanic in size, it seems to almost float over the ground, as if unrestricted by the laws of physics of the realm.
Eyes are tiny red stars glowing from the bottom of absolute blackness surrounding them. Those are the only stable features that can be seen on what appears to be the face.
The rest twists and contorts in strange and disturbing ways, sometimes taking the shape of a canine beast, with rows of teeth from one side to another, sometimes there seems to be two cavities filled with sharp protrusions, yet another moment there is no mouth at all.
As it speaks, the voice sounds in your head, without the creature moving any of its mouth-like appendages.
Its sides and legs seem to regularly bulge, as if some tentacles tried to rip out and grab you in a permanent grip.
Just like this strange realm it inhabits, ever-changing and vile, the being before you is anything but uniform.
Muscular beyond belief yet his hands and legs bend at the wrong points, with more joints than is neccessary.
It's swift and agile as if unburdened by tonnes of armor made of jet-black, rune-covered plates of all kinds and shapes that appear to move freely while they separate and merge with each other.
Gaping skulls of strange creatures, humanoid and otherwise protrude from his armor in many places, embedded in an everlasting grin of hopelessness.
Yet all these things are merely on the surface - additions - as its true power is connected to the flow of ChAoS itself.
Purple rays of corrupting energy seem to float from everywhere into the beast before you, rejuvenating it, giving it almost endless power and making it nearly almighty.
Occasionally you can see tormented souls of heroes, fallen to a corrupting strike, floating within those rays.
Their visages are contorted in unspeakable terror as they are consumed and twisted by the ChAoS GoD, lending even more power to this deity of darkness, as it absorbs the fallen champions' knowledge of combat and turns it into torturous skills.
At the same time, a pulsing, hateful aura of corruption and death surrounds this foremost agent of chaos and even the Palace walls shrivel and retreat when he floats by.
It warps even the most powerful magic to further aid Andor Drakon in squashing any opposition he encounters.
His weapon is an ever-shifting tool of slaughter - one moment it's a barbed trident, another a double-bladed axe, yet another a scourge with multiple skull-like heads and hooks.
It floats towards you, unperturbed by endless influx of mutilated spirits and their unrelenting screams of torment.
Black clouds of evil divine energy seem to orbit around this being, occasionally obstructing the view entirely and it seems that when they unveil, the ChAoS GoD is standing somewhere else.

I imagine him as a white guy with a goatee, long black hair, and glowing purple eyes. He is holding a glowing purple wand in one hand, and a glowing purple energy ball in the other. He is wearing black robes, and has a gold necklace on. He floats rather than walks, and instead of feet he has many writhing purple tentacles.

You steal a scroll labelled HITME. The orc hits you.

A vaguely humanoid shape that is actually closer to something that the human brain cannot comprehend, as if he is four-dimensional or something. Your eyes cannot properly focus and make sense of it. He is coloured in entirely new shades that don't exist in this world. His form is ever-changing and yet remains the same at the same time. He is so paradoxical that M. C. Escher would be impressed.
You hit Andor Drakon, the ElDeR cHaOs GoD, and severely wound him.
The greater balor summons some help!
The ratling duelist disarms you. You drop your blessed Trident of the Red Rooster (+36, 6d12+18) [+12, +12]. It flies to the west.
Andor Drakon, the ElDeR cHaOs GoD, picks up the blessed Trident of the Red Rooster (+36, 6d12+18) [+12, +12].
Andor Drakon, the ElDeR cHaOs GoD, wields the blessed Trident of the Red Rooster (+36, 6d12+18) [+12, +12].
