    Default Crash in SDL2.dll

    My r53 Steam prerelease just crashed while moving after having killed a monster. Is there a way to get something useful out of the error (there used to be a file generated after a crash in the old versions)? The only thing I can report is the entry in the event log:

    - <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">
    - <System>
    <Provider Name="Application Error" />

    Another stupid question: is there a way to recover after a crash? ADOM leaves a nomchar.bak file, but neither this bak file nor a renamed nomchar.sav is recognized when you restart the game...

    Maybe try nomchar.svg and you might be good to go.
