Why do Monsters in ToEF drop burnable items?
Is there any explanation on how they keep them safe from all that heat?
Is it worth an RFE/Bug report to ask for a changed drop rate or a "fire resistant" version of common items? Which would you prefer?
Same question for cold-vulnerable items in the realm of Ice Queen.

It falls in the same category as non corporeal and tiny monsters dropping huge rocks and anvils.
The explanation is: Drops are just random and thats it.
Feels a bit silly here and there but I'm ok with it, actually in toef it adds the try-to-pick-up-item-before-it-burns which fits with adom-quirks.
