Great job, Grey. I have been looking for a list like this for a while. I see that some of them have identifiers that show that they are no longer maintained. Is it possible to indicate which are more active? I have been places and found that while they are maintained, they are not frequented.

Baranor: The Hall of Fame forum is probably the most active of the links, with regular ADOM discussion, challenges, etc. There's some very advanced ADOM players there. Otherwise most links are reasonably maintained, though I'm not sure about the Russian and Polish forums.

Polish forums are definitely alive, and maintained by second admin. However there are periods that almost no one plays Adom(well, everyone needs a break sometimes), but other subjects are discussed as well. Polish forums isn't dead.
