Default I can't wait to see the RNG's retaliation

For this ridiculously lucky character. I'm thinking maybe...a threat
room of white unicorns? Filk getting killed by a vortex? The crumpled
scroll getting burnt to ashes? The possibilities are endless...

Preserver, Ring of Immunity and Ironfist were all from the same giant and ogre
vault. Skullcrusher and Bracers of War were precrowns, Serpent's Bite was
found as a random drop, and all those -color- dragon scale mails were in
Darkforge. There was a White dragon scale mail too, but I sold it because
    I had the AMW.

How exactly would a non-summoner manage that?

Still, I reckon overconfidence somewhere could spell a nasty demise. Or a game crash.

    Maybe he meant Yulgash.

Also, it'd be worse if he (or some other summoner) summoned banshees. IIRC that happened to someone once.
You hit Andor Drakon, the ElDeR cHaOs GoD, and severely wound him.
The greater balor summons some help!
The ratling duelist disarms you. You drop your blessed Trident of the Red Rooster (+36, 6d12+18) [+12, +12]. It flies to the west.

AFAIK, that would be impossible - at least in 1.1.1. Summoning is partially reliant on the creation probability from what I've seen, and Banshees of course have a normal creation probability of 0.

I bet on occasional cursing by over confidentialy pressing "6" in long corridor.

Well, Yulgash definitely did summon in this case:

EDIT: It's probably still related to monster rarity, but does necessarily make them unsommonable, just extremely rare.

Yeah, Yulgash. I'm terrible at remembering NPC names.
