Default Best Collection of Generated Artifacts

I just completed a game with Perrin, the human weaponsmith and the end of game list of artifacts (excluding guaranteed artifacts) looked like this:

the heavy crossbow "The Far Slayer"
    the obsidian quarrel "Thunderstroke" (D49)
    the hammer of the gods
the rune-covered club "Skullcrusher" (didn't find this)
the fine leather armor "Nature's Companion"
the jet-black battle axe "Executor" (didn't find this)
    the ring of immunity (crowning)
    the rune-covered heavy mace "Purifier"
    the sapphire amulet "Preserver"
    the crown of leadership
    the iron gauntlets "Ironfist"
    the emerald dagger "Serpent's Bite"

I did not get pre or post crowned. Two greater vaults were generated.

It strikes me as being a pretty good collection of artifacts for a single game. Those familiar with the character name may understand that I intended to play this game through wielding a hammer and the Hammer of the Gods arrived so late that, after a few minutes trial, I switched back to an eternium hammer and shield (but if I had found Executor I would have been very tempted) . ADOM lists hammers and clubs as being the same type of weapon but I probably still wouldn't have used Skullcrusher if I had found it. I also reckon I got the worst of the weaponsmith's possible crowning gift (maybe the Ring of Immunity is tied with Perrion's Mithril Plate Mail).

So, what's the best collection of non guaranteed artifacts you've gotten in a game? Anyone had Executor plus Protector? Bracers of War plus Ironfist?

I believe "most artifact" games surely have, at least once, generated a superb set of artifacts.
Me says, once you got Vanquisher and Preserver, you know you're going to die of something on the lines of starving in the bunny level.
Haven't won with : Druid, Priest, Elementalist, Weaponsmith, Ranger, Merchants, farmers, Necromancer,Thief
Currently trying : Entertaining girlfriend. Very, Very, VERY hard.

    Just a silly online game

Skullcrusher kicks the butt of any eternium hammer.
ADOM Guides - whatever you wanted to know about playing a certain class, but have been afraid to ask!

Check out my youtube channel to see my ADOM videos, including a completed playthrough of the game. I try to give instructions, so if you want to see some place you haven't been before and get some hints on how to deal with it, this might help! There's also some other games featured there that you might find interesting.

I've definitely had BoW and Ironfist before, and I've definitely had Executor and Protector before. I wouldn't be surprised if I've had all four in the same game at some point, but I can't find a .flg to prove it.

Ring of immunity isn't nearly as bad as Perion's plate. Immunities aren't that important in the grand scheme of things, but even ignoring that, [+5,+5] on a ring slot is still pretty fantastic. It's an above average artifact, I'd say. Perion's is really useless for smiths because you can easily forge up something way, way, better.

Why weren't you using Purifier, out of curiousity? Unless your eternium hammer was a murderous hammer of devastation or something, Purifier is probably a better weapon.
Hoping to win with every class, doomed. Archer, Barbarian, Bard, Beastfighter, Druid, Elementalist, Farmer, Fighter, Monk, and ULE Priest down.

Well gettin BoW and Natures Companion with an archer kicks ass, althou getting crowned with thunderstroke as crowning not so much..
getting many artifacts isnt so important as getting the right ones

AND I think that Skullcrusher is one of the most boring artifact weapons you can get, althou it is good, but it just so damn lame...

sorear's drake monk game on moult's server was the best art collection on a standard
game that i have ever seen. he got 2 great precrowns, some great ones from grave
digging, and in the late-game kept getting greater vaults of dragons. i personally
watched him cleared reds and karmics. he kept saying "I'll come back for them later."
and i kept saying "but Bracers of War (or Protector, Preserver, etc...) is in there!". He
would read a scroll of item detection and sure enough, he had to get them right away.
was so hilarious, that PC got the nickname 'mr. lucky'.
"Whip me!" pleads the adom player. The rng replies... "No."

In the Wheel of Time, Perrin is a blacksmith apprentice who initially wields an axe but later on uses a hammer in battle. This is why I didn't use Purifier or, if I had found it, Skullcrusher, but would have used Executor.

If you've read the most recent book, you'd know that you probably should have used hammer of the gods then.

Sure, but at some point, you'd have had to go to the Animated Forest and throw Executor at a tree and leave it there.

Yeah, I did try it for that reason but I'd become far too reliant on shields by then.
