Snitch the Ratling barbarian, gate closer
Yes I like random melee characters, after loosing a bunch of early characters to bad play and rng I got a female ratling barbarian of the dragon star sign, starting with a whopping 5 learning.
After HMW and healer quest I found a stone club of devastation in pc6, very lucky since I don't alway take those, this time I still had use for something against jellies.
Got crowned with skullcrusher which is also a club, I didn't realize how many mobs were humanoids, a lot of undeads, most if not all golems, shambling mound and of course the ones you'd expect including several guardians and the balors.
I did find executor and black sword but that was on d46 so they stayed in pack, got wyrmlance on d49.
Got rds and wished for aols to save khelly.
Got a second wish (from fgjc5) for find weakness.
A third wish (casino) for girdle of giant strength and a fourth (probably from cleaning up rest in fgjc5) for archery by this time nothing could stop me.
#2,3 and 4 was in very short succession.
Wyrms in fgjc5 was a bit tough since there was 8! but cleaning that place provides sooo much power.
Did most of it, ran out of juice, went down in coc, robbed casino for suns messenger and rds and cleared rest of vault.
I got bracers of war and true aim from vault.
After that I did R4 which was no danger and found a better girdle with +14 str (later found a third gogs).
Got ice queen stat reward drank 7 pogas and other stat potions so stats skyrocketed.
Was a little worried about air temple but either summons have been toned down or I was lucky.
Forgot bracers of war was death resistance so swapped to wrapping vs Nuurag.
All in all one greater vault was dangerous.
One note is that I didn't see one emperor lich.
Oh and I killed everything on D50, all non ghosts were meleed.
