Okay, I haven't played in maybe a decade and I feel like I must be missing something really really simple.

The head slot of my inventory is blacked out. I can't work out why.

I've done my time working things out for myself. I spent hours walking around blind and starving 20 years ago before I discovered the Wipe Face command. This time I'm just going to ask.

I'm human, so I have a head. Well, it's ADOM. Maybe I was born on the one day of the year that you're born without a head or something. But I'm pretty sure I have a head. I can wipe my face.

Is there some incredibly obvious reason why I don't have a slot for helmets? I'm a human fighter. No corruptions. I just can't work it out.
