Necromancer Starting Spellbook
Necromancers will occasionally start with an useless book instead of a spellbook
Minor issue that might be an intended feature, but:

Most necromancers start with a book of frost bolt by default; however, on rare occasions, they will start with either a book of confuscious or a tract of chaos.

This is caused by them being given a random book-class item instead of specifically being given a spellbook. Since this just randomly makes ~10% of new Necromancers extremely weak, I would consider this a bug that should be fixed.
