[RFE] Halloween Candy
Give us candy when we start a character on October 31 from now on.
Just as we get booze for Dec 31, I want candy for Halloween. From now on characters that are begun on Halloween (Oct 31) begin with 6 pieces of candy. And maybe cursed...

One or two bits could be the more satiating gnomish candy. Also, you get special messages when the wilderness is first displayed in those special dates. What could that be here?
