Wait command should be interrupted by herb growth

Currenty if you are waiting for herb bushes to grow, and you need to do something to them in their next generation - you _must_ wait turn by turn, otherwise you could be left with 2 generations during one "ws" command, ruining your herbs. In the worst case you'll need to manually wait 1000 turns for them to grow, which makes no sense.

I always have 'w5' during herb growth to wait out a patch or two. And as far as I knew, it always stopped in time. Have I really been lucky this whole time? Or are you positive that it doesn't already do this?

Its only ~2% chance to fail, so you could be just lucky.

I think this makes perfect sense game-wise (you get stopped for a lot less!) and would definitely be appreciated.

I'm guessing it must have been one of the vengeful guardians of tedious & annoying. They know who they are.

Bumping. This could be another one of the many useful changes coming in pre21, it would certainly save some keyboards from being smashed in anger at seeing that hopeful herb farm turn into random bunch of withering weeds.
