Last level of frost giant caves
It is names ????, and it spawns #430 monster, which crashes the game. Also, drops on this level are suspicious (perhaps levels array out of range?).

Fixed. Sadly a last minute change completely broke the frost giant jarl quest. There is one level too much, the frost giant jarl probably never is correctly generated, etc. I'm ashamed, appalled and angry. Oh well, p22 will be much better.
